Container and Cover
Cover – Flame retardant ABS to UL 94 V-0, 28% LOI, permanently sealed to the container.  Container – Transparent Styrene Acroylonitrile (SAN), ensures optimum visibility and very high insulating qualities which eliminates  the need for separate cell insulators.  Electrolyte level and cell condition clearly seen.
Separators
High quality Porvic 2 (sintered microporous PVC) form a diaphragm between the plates.  The separators are chemically inert with a high degree of porosity, which ensures minimum internal resistance.
Terminal Post
Heavy-duty 2- hole post with copper insert allows for very high discharge currents.
Inter-cell/unit connectors
Heavy-duty lead-plated copper connectors minimize voltage drop in battery circuits while delivering maximum current flow.
Plates Material
Bridge-hung Positive plates are constructed of 0.197” (5mm) thick lead-antimony-tin selenium grids and finer oxides to bring longer life and high capacity.  The bottom-supported Negative plates provide a perfect balance to maximize performance

2 years full replacement, 18 years pro-rated (20 years total)
Installation
Lead acid batteries installed on open rail rack can be connected with plates edge-to-edge or face-to-face.

Made of thick wall PC/ABS with high mechanical strength and impact resistance.  Non-toxic, non-halogenated flame retardant to UL94 VO, LOI 32%.
Separators
High quality microporous glass fibers facilitate gas diffusion, optimize acid absorption and lower electrical resistance.  Low internal resistance, high-energy density, separator maintains compression throughout life, giving excellent vibration resistance.

Large cross section, heavy-duty post with tin plated copper insert allows for very high discharge currents.
Inter-cell/unit connectors
Heavy-duty tin-plated copper connectors minimize voltage drop in battery circuits.  Connections do not require torque maintenance nor grease (NO-OX).

Thick, pasted construction for both positive and negative plates, with special lead/calcium/tin alloy.  Resists corrosion for up to 15 year life at 68 degrees F.
